TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You are purchasing products from Bestpol Blinds and Interiors.

All prices are in Euro and inclusive of VAT

Please check your Order details carefully before submitting your Order as changes cannot be made to your order once it has been placed

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at the discretion of our management.

We can’t change delivery details once your order has been shipped.

We reserve the right to deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only.

We reserve the right to contact customers regarding orders and purchases made

If an order is not received you must notify by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.

Bestpol.ie shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Complaints should be made by email and will be acknowledged within 2 working days. Where possible we try to acknowledge complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress

 

SHIPPING

All orders placed with Bestpol.ie are dispatched within 2 working days. You can expect to receive your order within 3-4 working days in Ireland and up to 10 working days in the UK and Europe

All orders are delivered by either An Post Standard or Fastway couriers Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6pm and for most orders, you will receive a tracking number with your shipment email where you will get an update on the location of your order.

RETURNS

You have the right to request a refund for your order within 30 days from your purchase date

We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 30 days

If you wish to cancel your order after already paying, you need to inform us by email/phone immediately

If the product you have received is damaged or faulty when delivered, please contact our Customer Services team on 00353851550974 or email contact@bestblinds.eu  who will notify you of our returns procedure.

If you are posting a return you must organise the return of unwanted items at your own expense

Goods must be returned unused, complete in the original packaging ,(e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) also with completed return form which is delivered with every product
